This Gluten-Free Rice Bread is crusty on the outside, soft on the inside and perfectly soft and doughy!
DRY INGREDIENTS:
Flours: Rice Flour ( 1 Cup ) + Corn Flour ( 1/2 Cup )
Dry Milk Powder: 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder: 1/4 TSP
Powdered Sugar: 1 TBSP
Yeast: 1 TSP Salt: A Pinch
Psyllium Husk: 1 1/2 TBSP
Salt: A Pinch
WET INGREDIENTS:
Eggs: 2 Whites + 1 Egg Yolk
OIL: 2 TBSP
Luke Warm Water
