Rice Flour Samosa:

The Samosa's are a worldwide sensation. There is a yummy twist to this snack that uses home made fillings and rice and is finally enclosed in a thin pastry which is then fried to a crisp outer shell.


INGREDIENTS:

  • Rice Flour - 1/2 Cup

  • Water - 1/2 Cup

  • OIL - 1 TSP

  • Salt - 1/4 TSP

Directions:

  1. In a pan, add ½ cup salt and 1 Teaspoon oil and then heat the mixture.

  2. Quickly add Rice Flour to the mixture and then turn off the flame immediately.

  3. Bring the dough together with the help of a spatula.

  4. Now take out the dough on a flat surface. (Flat Surface Should be Covered with Cling Film)

  5. Knead the dough. It should just come together and form a stiff dough.

  6. Roll the dough evenly and roll it thin and cut it into a circle shape with the help of a cutter.

  7. Cut the circle into two halves and take one half and give it the shape of samosa.

  8. Fill the samosa with desired stuffing. Press the edges of the samosa gently to seal the cone.

  9. Fry the samosa on low heat till it gets golden and crispy.
