Chocolate Chip Cookies:
These gluten-free chocolate chip cookies have been my go-to cookie recipe for over ten years. They are crispy on the outside and soft, gooey and chewy on the inside. This may just be the best chocolate chip cookie recipe you've ever had.
INGREDIENTS:
All Purpose Baking Flour - 1 1/4 Cup
Baking Soda - 1/2 TSP
SALT - Pinch
Almond Powder - 1/4 Cup
Melted Butter - 1/2 Cup
Dark/Light Brown Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Granulated Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 1TSP
EGG - 1
Chocolate Chips - 50 Gram
Dark Chocolate Chunks - 50 Gram
Note: Sieve the flours before using it.
Baking Time in Preheated Oven :
Temperature: 180 C
Time: 12-14 Minutes
